Deadline

All required assets must be provided before the timeline can begin. Additional revisions or delayed feedback may extend the completion date depending on complexity. During the design process, I’ll go back and forth on sending the designs to the SFF team for review and confirmation.
Revisions
2 complimentary revision rounds are included. This includes two rounds of changes across the project, up to two updates per section covering graphics, copywriting and animation. Additional changes beyond the included revision rounds will be billed separately. The two revision rounds have a timeline of their own, however long they take.

If required, I will request the assets required for each page as we progress.
Optimisation
Images and visual assets will be compressed and optimised to support fast loading, smooth playback and reliable performance.

Every page will be tested and adjusted for desktop, tablet and mobile screen sizes. The website will also support all major modern browsers, including Firefox.

I will replace the image of the two boys with an image featuring a boy and a girl from different backgrounds. I will also update “All rights reserved 2025” to “All rights reserved 2026.” The support@schoolsforfuture.org.au email address was also a placeholder and will be replaced with the correct new email address once it has been set up.

1 FREE Donor Avatar & Competitor Research Document. This reusable avatar research allows faster, consistent marketing and higher conversions.
3 FREE Months of Website Maintenance. Includes minor copy, image and template updates, plus technical support. Any future changes to the foundation of the website design will be discussed and agreed upon by both SFF and the designer.
Complimentary 30-50 second Founder Story Video included to strengthen donor trust and help convert more visitors into donors.
Customisable Blog Template Pages. Add, edit or publish new blogs whenever needed. Complimentary step-by-step guide included for maximum flexibility and ease of use.
Colour palette revision to be completed after the package is finalised, ensuring blue and yellow are not used together.
5 FREE @schoolsforfuture.org.au Mailboxes Set Up via Zoho Mail. Includes 5 GB of storage per mailbox. Emails to be created: office@schoolsforfuture.org.au, support@schoolsforfuture.org.au, edit@schoolsforfuture.org.au, manager@schoolsforfuture.org.au, director@schoolsforfuture.org.au.
Designed and developed using WordPress. WordPress costs $38 per month, which is billed to Wordpress annually at $456 per year (billed separately to this package). NO ADDITIONAL hosting or storage plan is required as long as the website contents remain within 50 GB.
